KAPIT – 28 Julai 2009,Kejadian berlaku di kawasan bukit rumah YB. Larry Sng.Kejadian dipercayai berlaku pada 27 Julai 2009, jam 0230am.
Semasa di lokasi kemalangan, terdapat 2 orang Polis sedang mengawal lalu lintas. Kereta Proton Waja tersebut dipercayai di pandu laju dari bawah bukit, sebelum hilang kawalan lalu merempuh penghadang jalan dan tersangkut pada bahagian tersebut. Tayar hadapan Proton Waja tersebut terkehel, dan bahagian lampu hadapannya juga pecah.
Bilangan penumpang turut serta, tidak dapat dipastikan.Kecederaan yang dialami pemandu tidak dapat dipastikan.
Kesimpulannya, kemalangan ini saya klasifikasikan sebagai ‘Self Accident due to Lost Control’
