Oleh kerana pemindahan data sejak tahun 2000 sehingga sekarang, terdapat user yang mempunyai akaun email yang tidak lagi aktif ataupun username yang tidak aktif.
Oleh itu, kami akan membuat pembersihan ke atas akaun ini. Jika anda mempunyai email address yang didaftarkan semasa pendaftaran tidak lagi aktif atau mempunyai email address yang baru, anda boleh berbuat demikian dengan panduan di bawah;
Klik User Control Panel
Klik Profile > Edit account settings kemudian masukkan maklumat email terbaru anda dan password
Setelah selesai, anda perlu mengaktifkan semula account dengan membuka email yang terbaru. Jika tidak anda akan mendapat mesej seperti ini;
Untuk memastikan anda mendapat email daripada pgx, berikut adalah contoh subject email;
Email pgx mungkin dianggap spam bagi sesetengah free webmail, oleh itu anda perlu melihat ke dalam folder spam.
